A lifestyle & wedding photographer based in Montana.
Photography came to me at an early age. I received my first point and shoot camera from my grandmother when I was 6-years-old. As I aged, the more film I wasted (sorry Mom & Dad!), but my love for photography grew. I took photos of everything - my dogs and cat, my best friends (or their hands blocking their faces), food, myself, and anything else!
I have always thought it was important to capture our everyday lives!
One of my favorite memories is taking photos with my best friend and placing them in a time capsule along with a cassette tape of us talking, and letters. It is still where we buried it (my parent's backyard) - so one of these days someone will find it!
My favorite type of photography is lifestyle - I love capturing the connection between people - I love telling their stories visually (I've never really considered myself a great writer, haha!).
I grew up in Washington State and moved to Montana in 2014. I graduated from Montana State University (Dec 2023) with a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology (emphasis on criminology). I have plans to go to graduate school, but want to take a little break and have fun with photography 😊
According to the Meyers-Briggs Personality Test, I am 53% Introverted and 47% Extraverted. I love get togethers (all sizes), but tend to gravitate more towards smaller get togethers where everyone can be heard. I never want anyone to feel awkward or invisible when they are hanging out with me!
Besides spending time with my partner, our three black kitties and our Corgi, I spend quite a bit of time tending to my plants, video games, and crime shows/podcasts, traveling, and so much more!
I especially love meeting friends for coffee or frozen yogurt - so message me if you want to get together!
